I ordered $200 bath robes from this spa. They never called to tell me they came in after waiting almost a year. They said the items would take a long time since they came from France. I have ordered furniture for my remodel from other countries that have come in already. I would go in about every month to check if the robes were in. I called every month but no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I left my name and a detailed reason why I was calling each time. When I called this week, they said they were in for over 3 months at least, but never had a way to get a hold of me?! I had paid for the robes with a gift card. The owner remembers the day I went in. Now they don't have ANY record of my payment because of "switching systems." Sounds very dishonest. Overall very disappointed at how this was handled. I will not be spending my money here again.
I do not give these 5 stars lightly. This was a great experience from start to finish. From the greeting on my way in to the relax room all the way to the massage room. I love the idea of relaxing before heading into the massage. Love the robe and sandals as well. Just a great experience over all, Chris was amazing. Complimentary mimosas, everything you want in a spa experience.
Had a excellent message with the stones, mellow dark environment inside the wait/relax room. Had some cucumber water while I waited. Nice experience.
