We absolutely loved our stay here. We got the sunset suite and it was setup perfectly. We also got a couples massage at the spa which was very comfortable and professional. Ended the night with diner at Crosswinds Grille with great food and even better service. Overall really appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches. Do not skip out on the breakfast room service in the morning!
What a wonderful stay! We arrived the night of an expected snow storm. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. They even left a snack basket with our name on a card. Great attention to detail and made us feel very welcomed. We had a great cottage with a living room, bathroom and bedroom. There was also a closet.
Before arrival, we received a text to make our selection for breakfast, which is included. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy it. We decided to leave early because of the storm coming in.
The most amazing part is that we also received a voicemail from Anjelica to let us know that because of the storm, all guests were allowed to stay past checkout time and even stay another night for free! What hotel or resort does that? They really care about their guests and that proves it. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have stayed the whole night and waited out the storm.
We will be coming back to The Lakehouse Inn because of how much they care about their guests.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our birthdays and we loved it. Accommodations were well appointed and sparkling clean. We stayed in the Pilot House and enjoyed the fireplace, jetted tub, and the gorgeous views. Having a hot, yummy breakfast delivered to our door each morning was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable, pillows, not so much. Complimentary snacks and plush robes in our room were appreciated. I loved the text updates and staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again.
