HIGHLIGHTS, TIPS and NOTES:
Downtown location allows you to easily make your way to Main Street and indulge in Louisville’s bourbon culture at many popular distilleries. The hotel is also near the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and Churchill Downs horse racing track, and Louisville International Airport is about 7 miles away.

Omni Louisville Hotel is luxury hotel and spa in downtown Louisville. Guests enjoy more than 600 elegantly appointed guest rooms, a full service Mokara Spa, fine dining and craft cocktails in the lounge, plus 70,000 square feet of flexible event space.

Spa and Fitness

Mokara Salon & Spa offers services to treat you from head to toe.   First visit the exquisite relaxation room before enjoying a rejuvenating massage, or, choose from an array of soothing facials, body treatments, salon services, manicures and pedicures as you unwind in the heart of downtown Louisville.   The Hotel also has a complete fitness center, in-room fitness kits (a five-pound kettlebell, mini contour weights, a muscle therapy foam roller, push-up bars and a yoga mat) and healthy meal options.  After your spa day, unwind at the rooftop pool, located on the fourth floor of the hotel, overlooking downtown Louisville.   Sip on refreshing cocktails and enjoy light bites while relaxing in a poolside cabana.

Kid Friendly

Omni Kids Crew program caters to its youngest guests. Upon check-in, kids receive a backpack filled with fun items designed specifically for them. Kids also receive milk and cookies delivered to their guest room on the first night.   The backpack includes an activity book with stickers, crayons, 2-in-1 card games, binoculars, and a small tabletop game.

Dining and Cocktails

As a major dining destination in downtown, the hotel provides everything from a premier steakhouse to poolside fare to a speakeasy-style bowling lounge. The Water Company pool and bar is perfect for sharing cocktails with the downtown skyline as the backdrop, and Pin + Proof offers classic food and drink selections complemented by four professional bowling alleys in the lounge.  From the moment you arrive, you will truly feel like a part of the community as our Falls City Market invites in the neighborhood with aromas of freshly brewed Heine Bros. coffee, baking bread and fragrant fresh flowers.

CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR

Nice hotel, common areas clean, staff was pleasant. Close to everything. Loss of one star because there is nothing to make eating simple. No room service, closed restaurant. And, because while the hotel appears clean, our shower / bathroom was not clean on check-in (Band-Aids in the waste bin) and our room was delivered to us an hour late.

THE STAFF WAS IN A GOOD MOOD
Month / Year of Your Visit?: September 2021

Horrible experience. Tried to stay un an upscale hotel to finish a 16 day camping road trip. Days Inn has better amenities and bigger rooms than this hotel for about 1/3 of the price. We booked 3 people in a room, only had 2 towels, and 2 robes. They charge $4 for a 20oz cola. There is no room service for food. Not even breakfast is included. The hotel's spa is NOT booked through the spa -- they have their own system and it was fully booked before they even open for the day. I requested a room with a bathtub and a view of the city -- AFTER being asked which type of room I preferred. Instead, my room had a shower and a view in the opposite direction. The only reason they get one star is because I can’t give them 0 and the staff was at least in a good mood.

POOR ORGANIZATION
Month / Year of Your Visit?: June 2021

Attended a conference the week of June 14th, 2021. I cannot begin to explain how ill-prepared the hotel was for the 350+ people that were in attendance. Very few bartenders/wait staff. Bars/restaurants/shops within the hotel were closed. Front desk would not answer the phone unless you called from your cell and not the hotel phone. It is a beautiful hotel, but just so poorly managed that it was the running joke of our stay. The beautiful Bourbon Tasting Room? Closed. The beautiful Library Bar? Sometimes open, sometimes not, and for no offered reason. The Speakeasy?  Same thing.  The entire event was very, very poorly executed by Omni and the management is extremely poor.
