I tried to book a couples massage here with a purchased Groupon. I left 3 voicemails, sent emails, and called the front desk and no one got back to me to book an appointment. Very disappointed.
Great Vibe/Atmosphere. It has decent rooms, a little spa for massage and facials, a really nice indoor bar, and a great roof top lounge bar and grill. The rooftop terrace is a known Chi-Town hot spot. Customary lines around the block to get in to the lounge on club nights when they are at capacity. Admittance is at the discretion of the bouncer, and, there is a dress code. In winter, they had really beautiful illuminated igloos to sit inside and look out over the city. Come with a friend, split the cost of a room, have drinks looking out over the city in your dress and heels, then get a massage the next day to rub away your sins, and be on your way.
I had a 50 minute massage here. Angela was my massage therapist and did a really nice job. I plan to go back.
