The Flanders Hotel is a nationally registered historic landmark located just steps from the beach and the boardwalk in Ocean City.
The hotel was developed after World War I with the help of local business owners and prominent citizens of Ocean City, and is named in memory of the fallen Allied Troops from the Battle of Flanders Field, Belgium, 1914. The grand opening was in 1923 and the hotel became known as the Jewel of the Southern Jersey Shore.
The Flanders is a year-round resort destination for guests. All-Suite accommodations range from Luxury to Penthouses. The Flanders is the only full service hotel in Ocean City that offers elegant ballrooms and meeting rooms, a full service restaurant, the Shoppes at the Flanders, a Coffee Shop, Fitness Center, Business Center and the heated outdoor pool. The Flanders is home to the largest heated outdoor pool in Ocean City. The pool is open, weather permitting, Memorial Day Weekend through mid September. Dining is popular with guests and local residents, who enjoy seasonal Afternoon Tea, AYCE Crab and Prime Rib Dinners.
Divine Images Salon & Spa is located in the hotel and offers hair, skin and body services, including waxing, manicures, and bridal make-up and styling.

Beautiful promenade suite, excellent location and hotel staff. It was great to have a pool and a salon on-site. Beach tags were provided also. Hotel was very quiet, occasional outside noise. Would definitely return in the future!

Great location. Close to boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to Attractions. Rooms dated but pretty. Food good. Staff friendly. Located by everything you want to see.
