This recipe for Sugar Free Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles is fast, easy, and appeals to everyone.  You can use your own popsicle molds, or just a set of paper cups and popsicle sticks, and you’re good to go. A simple and sweet fruity Popsicle for those warm months.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon - seeded and diced
  • 1 cup fresh rasbperries
  • 1/2 cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a small bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Discard pulp.
  • Pour extracted juice into molds and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
