This low-calorie sipper is perfect for a hot afternoon or a replacement for a glass of wine while making dinner, taking a nice soak in a Jacuzzi, or poolside.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 10-12 each Strawberries - rinsed, leaves removed
  • 3 each Mint sprigs - about ¼ cup total
  • 2 teaspoons Agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice - fresh squeezed
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice - fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz. Sparkling water - divided

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, mint, agave, juices and 4 oz. of sparkling water to a blender. Blend on medium high until well combined.
  • Pour even amounts of strawberry puree into 6 glasses
  • Top each glass with additional sparkling water and ice.
  • Enjoy!
