Waited a month to book a reservation - got their first appointment for 10am. They do not open until 10am, and in their advance email said nothing about being able to arrive before doors open. I arrived at 10:05am and the esthetician would not do the facial I requested, saying I’d arrived too late. She tried to get me to accept another, lower tier service and when I tried rescheduling they offered an appointment another two weeks out. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I left my house early on a Saturday for this disappointing experience.
Great service and excellent recovery space.
Best prenatal massage. Love their organic facial and lemongrass scrub pedi as well. Very comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. My go to place.
