Clean, restful, felt so pampered. Love Rose for deep tissue massage, among other types. Rose is my girl. Very friendly and helpful staff.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment. The attendant confirmed that I had a deep tissue massage with Jason. I got ready and waited in the relaxation room — for over 90 minutes. No one checked on me. I finally flagged down an attendant and asked about the delay. The original attendant came back and told me Jason had the day off, and they were totally booked for the day. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Get the black sand rejuvenation. Your skin will thank you!
