Woodhouse Day Spa – North Bethesda

The massage was a great experience however, the pedicure was nothing special compared to a typical $40 (or less) pedicure at a nail salon. The hot stone massage on the feet was neither memorable nor relaxing. I would recommend their regular body massage service but not their mani / pedis.

This is my third time going to this place and I highly recommend. I would say with the facials please do your research. Some facials may be too harsh for your skin and you may see the result of that after your service. Regardless of my last experience with the chemical facial I received, the team was very apologetic and very responsive with my concerns with my scarring. Even days later the esthetician contacted me to be sure everything was healing fine and the tips she gave me were working. I highly recommend that people take my review as insight on the possible experiences you can experience with facials and use discernment when making your judgement. Regardless of the profession of another person -- sometimes you know your skin and body best. With that being said it’s always great to keep in mind that people are still human and things do happen because everyone’s skin is different and can react to all sorts of things differently. I wasn’t expecting my skin to react the way it did but it did, I was given the description of what was used and took note that, this particular facial is just not best for my skin due to the sensitive level. Otherwise, I still recommend. Can’t wait to see them next month or whenever I’m free next.

I have been to many Woodhouse Spas across the country because I love the franchise but this one was one of the best. Mira was the best massage therapist that I have had. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and her knowledge and techniques were so impressive. She is amazing. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in what she does. You can tell that this is her passion. I will definitely be using her services again. Great location overall.
