In fact, we require our staff to attend significantly more training hours annually than the industry average.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years and travel almost 2 hours for the services and amazing products at Waterlily. I will not purchase skincare products (Institut Esthederm) and makeup anywhere else. The staff are always so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The facials and pedicure services are relaxing with great results. Thank you Waterlily!

Probably the best facial I've ever had. Darlene was fantastic. I have a rosacea prone skin so it's quite sensitive. Darlene listened to my concerns and addressed them all beautifully. The facial and neck massage were exquisite. I left with a beautiful glowing skin. Highly highly recommend!
