Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta is only 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The resort sits on a strip of beach facing Banderas Bay in Mexico. Enjoy fine dining at Restaurant Jalisco, named for Mexico’s seventh largest state. The signature dish is red snapper, marinated in a secret house sauce and hot coals. All Inclusive Plan
There is a 2-night minimum stay at this resort during the year, and a 5-night minimum stay near the Christmas and New Years holidays. Your rates includes accommodations as selected, unlimited food (surcharges apply on premium dishes, such as lobster), unlimited drinks (local and house brands), resort fitness and recreation facilities, resort activities and entertainment, non-motorized water sports, supervised children’s program (ages 5-12), all taxes and gratuities. A children’s program is available for kids aged 5-12, and up to 2 children (ages 12 and under) stay at the resort for free. Babysitting services can be arranged.
Pools and Spa
The resort features three swimming pools, five whirlpools and pool attendants to see to guests’ needs. Bay Breeze Spa is the resort’s 10,000-sq-ft, European-style spa. Services require an additional charge, and include massages, body wraps, holistic body treatments, facials, hydrotherapy, special hand and foot treatments, a full beauty hair salon, and outdoor cabanas for massage.

Lots of fun things for the kids to do. The food was good. Staff was great too but it seemed like with COVID the kitchen was understaffed -- but the staff were so kind and dealt with it well despite the stress.
We've been going here for 34 years. Love our home away from home. This is a low key resort with very good service, quality food and drinks, beautifully maintained grounds, and very fair prices. The only negative is the regular attempts to get newly arriving guests to attend a time share presentation at the newer resort in Nuevo Vallarta. I would not recommend the all inclusive package, as PV has countless amazing restaurant options .
The check in process went quickly and smoothly. Our room has a nice view of the beach, pools and restaurants. We did the all-inclusive plan for our meals. All the food has been very good. Room service has been great too. The property is 35 years old, thus a 4 star instead of 5. It is well maintained and clean. The pools are heated to 88 degrees, very nice to get right in.
