I have been going here for years! Kerry is amazing So clean, quiet and perfect.
I had my first appt at Renovation Spa today and what an amazing experience! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and made me feel welcomed. My appointment was with Leah and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to get to know me, asked me questions about my concerns, and was very pleasant and engaging... a total gem. I’m so happy I found this place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again
I originally wanted to get micro needling done for my scars. When I went in the esthetician assured me that "all I really needed" was a new facial routine and my skin would clear up, because I'm still pretty young.
I come here for a couple visits, and on the second visit she gives me a sample of two products, a wash and lotion. The sample lasts about three days, the lotion left the area around my nose dry and acne popped up.
When i told her this, she didn't seemed concerned, basically saying that its normal. So chancing it, I decide to get the products which amount to $160.
A month later and my acne has never been this bad. I break out constantly now. my jawline (where I've NEVER had an issue with acne) now has at least seven mid sized pimples, a huge one on my lip and two other big ones.
But it did brighten my skin, i guess. Maybe after more trial and error she will sell me something that'll help? Really only wanted to fix my scars, not create more.
I give this review 3 out of 5 stars because the massage chairs are amazing and the employees are really nice.
