Nice staff in the resort, attentive and friendly. Food not memorable, but not terrible. Spa facility very nice. Pools and facilities clean. Nice swim-up bar. Grounds nicely manicured. Minus one star for the dated interior guest room we had, and minus 1 star for the pushy time-share people. I rank that occupation up there with mimes. They need to earn a living, but I don't personally know anyone who lines up to see a mime show, nor do I know anyone who loves their timeshare. I do know, however, plenty of people trying to SELL off their timeshare and get out of it!

Beautiful setting for a family vacation. Lush tropical landscapes with exotic birds( flamingos) and lots of iguanas. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and very supportive to us with a young one.  We loved having all inclusive yet we feel we missed out on dining in town, felt compelled to stick with the inclusive dining. Mazatlán is huge and there are some great places to explore.  Minus one star for aggressive sales. Watch out for the timeshare sales team, they pounced the second we checked in.
