Heather is absolutely wonderful! I've been going to her for many years even before she was at Posh. Very knowledgeable in her field, cares a lot about your skin and always willing to help with suggestions. If for some reason it doesn't work with your skin type, which everyone's skin type is different, she will recommend something else and always remembers what is not good for your skin. She's an artist! Everyone else at Posh is wonderful! My go to place for all things skin and beauty!
A special shout out to Ayla! Such a brilliant person! She is always spot on with the type of facials that I need. She is really an expert in her field and I would encourage everyone who wants anything from dermaplaning to facials to eyelashes... She's got it down solid! Absolutely the best overall salon with everything available to everyone! This med spa is filled with quality people in the service industry. Professional and personal!
I really enjoyed my facial with Heather. But the reason why I’m only giving 2 stars is because I was sold something that made my skin situation much worse. I do not have severe acne nor do I really even have acne at all but Heather recommended to try the Obagi acne treatment system. Mind you, this set is priced at $150. The treatment system gave me some sort of chemical rash as well as acne in places that are unusual for me. I spent $300 at this place and I’m just not happy with what I was sold. A huge waste of money. I also feel like they really try to push to sell that kit. Why? I didn’t even have severe acne and was pressured to buy an acne kit. Makes no sense. I thought I could trust this place but I just feel like they’re trying to upsell all their products and services that are completely unnecessary. Making up for slow business year maybe. Or get rid of inventory.
