The Pearl Hotel is the crown jewel of Florida’s Emerald Coast, located at the eastern end of Florida’s scenic highway Route 30A. Guest rooms include upscale luxuries like Kerstin Florian spa products, rainfall showerheads, Keurig coffeemakers and refrigerators stocked with complimentary sodas, juices and double-filtered Nordaq FRESH water. The outdoor pool is adults-only, with towel and food service, including complimentary snacks.

Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. Good food and drinks. Beach set up is wonderful (umbrellas, chairs, towels, more).
The Pearl is my favorite place to stay in 30A. My wife and I got married at The Pearl last year and had the absolute best experience we could have imagined. Their staff are knowledgeable, kind and hardworking and go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of at all times. Eat on the rooftop at Havana, especially for breakfast and dinner. Spend some time on the rooftop enjoying the view. Take advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and bikes. It is absolutely worth every penny. We plan to go back every chance we get.
Great location! The hotel is central to everything and Rosemary Beach. It is a great location, and I cannot stress that enough. The shops and dining are so close we did not have to call valet for our vehicle once. One thing I will say is the streets are very narrow so using a large vehicle is going to be a challenge. Another cool feature is the hotel offers bicycles for you to use at your own leisure. They are great for getting around town since everything is so central.
The rooms were clean and luxurious. Beautiful view! They upgraded us for free to the balcony. Also, I did appreciate that they offered turn down service and the cookies they left behind were a tasty treat.. When we arrive to our room there was a welcome basket with a handwritten card for our anniversary. We really appreciated that, and it truly was unexpected.
My only complaint is the pool is very small, however you are right by the beach. The hotel provides complementary beach chairs and umbrellas for their guests. It’s so convenient.
For breakfast I had a Cajun seafood omelet that was amazing.
My wife had a massage and she rated it as average. The spa only has treatment rooms, but no additional facilities or amenities. They do have a gym you get to use (at another property) but it’s a few blocks away. I figure if I’m going to the gym it’s worth the walk.
The staff is top notch. We will definitely be back.
