Very nice Inn. Right off the freeway and really close to downtown New Buffalo and the shops as well as the lake. The spa is amazing and the massage was wonderful. Grab one while you are here.
Felt upsold from website. Was very disappointed when I saw the room and had to listen to traffic all night. I paid way too much for what we got.
We are sure the Inn regrets your disappointment, however, following our team's recent "secret" (unbranded) hotel and spa visits to this region in the post-covid months, for reopening, we can at least verify the photographs on the Inn's site are current and an accurate representation. -- Spa Index
Visited yesterday with a friend and we each had a facial and massage and both services were excellent! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a great value for the quality of the service. I would highly recommend this day spa.
