In addition, the company focuses on building healthy structures that are designed to be built and to operate in a green fashion. Massage Green Spa constructs their spas from mostly eco-friendly building materials such as recycled drywall, zero VOC (volatile organic compounds) paint, recycled cellulose insulation and ceiling tiles, engineered cultured stone and granite, low consumptive lighting and high efficiency furnace and water heaters. Additionally, the retail portion of the spa is stocked with environmentally-friendly products such as hypoallergenic lotions, essential oils and chemical- and preservative-free facial products. Even the table linens and towels are eco-washed.

I called to schedule an appointment spoke to a female she was very nice. I asked for a couples massage on a Friday she said she only has 2 male massage therapists. I told her I don’t think it’s gonna work because my boyfriend will want a female. She put me down anyway so I won’t miss the spot but she told me to call back to cancel if it doesn’t work out. I found another massage place for a couple's massage that same day. I called M.G. immediately and canceled the Friday booking the same day I made it. However, after that week, I saw my bank statement and I was charged for the Friday visit. I called and spoke with a male this time and he told me that I was seen on Friday by 2 male therapists -- Jonathan and Caesar -- when I actually never set foot in their establishment in my life. He said unless I had proof I’m paying for the visit. He told me that I should email that proof to the manager but he gave me an invalid email address that bounced. This is insane and very unprofessional.
