This was hands down the worst massage I have ever had!

First, I had a gift card that was a couple of years old. I booked the massage with no issues and confirmed the amount on the card. The night before my appointment someone called and said I would need to pay a different way because the gift card was expired. I explained that I confirmed the amount on the card when I scheduled and she said yes, but they now would not take it. I told her the website says no expiration and she had no response. I said to just cancel the appointment then. She called back and said manager said ok to accept but I would have to pay regular rate vs new client rate. I said I had already been told the new client rate and met the new client requirements. She had to call me back again and finally said it was fine.

Now for the actual massage -- the therapist was pleasant when he took me back and asked what type of massage I would like. I told him deep tissue. This was a 90 minute session and he had me start on my stomach. He spent all but 5 minutes of the session with me on my stomach. His pressure was like a limp noodle and he never asked me if I wanted him to adjust. He paid no attention to the knots I could feel him moving over and the few times I thought he was going to work on a knot it was like a toddler poking you to get your attention.

When he finally had me turn to my back (less than 5 min total), he had turned the lights completely off and he proceeded to pull the sheet and blanket UP OVER MY CHIN and the awkwardly reached under and clumsily rubbed my neck. The blanket and sheet were rubbing against my ears making noise and was SO awkward. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes before he just stopped and said I was done.

Not even remotely relaxing, super awkward, and a complete waste of my gift card. 100% annoyed and disappointed!

I was very happy with the massage therapists. However, management and reception leave a lot to be desired. I had to cancel an appointment one morning as i woke up not feeling well and had a slight fever. I found out later that i was charged and and when i questioned the receptionist about it she was extremely rude. I then asked her to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager. I then asked her for the name and contact info of the owner. She said she was the owner. I proceeded to tell her that due to the current state of affairs in the world that it was irresponsible to encourage people to keep appointments when they are ill and i would be sure to let everyone that i know of their policy. It is not safe for their customers or employees.

I saw that afternoon that she sent me an email stating that she had refunded the money charged for that appointment but after i show up for my appointment today i find that they cancelled my membership and appointments. They claim i threatened them! So be it. They still owe me for unused time. I definitely would not recommend them. I have since met "someone" who was apparently the receptionists boss (um the receptionist claimed to be the owner last we spoke) and she was of no help today either.

A very calming environment. I instantly felt relaxed when I walked in. The staff is helpful. I signed up for a membership. I highly recommend.
