Even though the exterior building within which the spa is located is in need of rehab, the spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and upscale appearing. While not as big as one you'd find in a fancy hotel, it has the same feel with a bit of coziness mixed in.
This spa's preparation for Covid is the best I've seen. You're asked to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer before entering with a face mask. Temp check on arrival, touchless check-in and check-out. Therapist wears a face mask and shield. I felt safe the entire time.
The staff is professional and friendly. From scheduling to check-in to the actual treatment, everyone is great and the process was explained thoroughly.
The treatment was fantastic. I had a body scrub, body massage and scalp massage. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I will definitely go again!
I've been coming here for years and have always been impressed . Throughout my current pregnancy I have been seeing Camilla. One word - MAGIC! I highly recommend booking a massage with her!
This massage was amazing! I had specific injuries - Achilles Tendinitis, Shin Splints - and Tiffany performed some kind of miracle! When I taught my fitness class on Saturday (day after massage), I had NO symptoms or pain which is quite usual post-class. This was the first time I have ended class with no issue since they occurred! Unbelievable! If I lived closer, I'd be visiting Kanna every couple of weeks!
Also, the studio is squeaky clean and very tasteful with decor. The music was perfect and comfort was foremost! Thank you Tiffany!
