Your experience at each of our Hiatus Spas locations will be personalized from start to finish. Here, attention to detail is a given: All sixty-minute services include a purifying foot soak ritual and a signature hand and foot massage, along with a sensory journey and customized aromatherapy.
Services include skincare (brow and lash enhancements, custom facials, exfoliation and dermabrasion, cosmetics and make-up artistry, waxing, lip treatments, and more), massage (hot stone, couples, stress relief, penetrating, sports, and more), body treatments (wraps, body scrubs and polishes, anti-aging treatments, body clay masks and sudsy cleansing, and more), and nail care (manicures and pedicures).
The spas’ popular “monthly featured retreat” features hand-picked seasonal ingredients for skin and body care, focusing on an aromatic mash-up of body glow and massage and a hand-crafted cocktail from our spa-tender to make it a complete mini-escape.
Visit as a guest for any service whenever you desire it, or, join as a regular member for a $69 monthly fee and enjoy priority booking, one essential service every month, plus additional discounted signature services (from $69 each), discounted retail, and much more.
Guests appreciate the green and eco-friendly approach. All products are pure and safe, including vegan massage oils, paraben-free, non-toxic products (even on nail services), treatments and services strictly following holistic principles, and a responsible ethos for all business practices from energy consumption to serving purified water with a “no bottled water” policy.
Multiple locations in Texas to best serve you. The Austin location has eighteen treatment rooms, a nail therapy lounge with zero gravity chairs, and a skin-quenching hydrotherapy room.

There was a time this was a great spa, NOT anymore!! The staffing has been reduced to some of the worst employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Went to cancel my account today after being a member since the day they opened they not only wouldn’t close my account they refused to do anything about my existing credits. I’ve emailed to do this receiving only a canned response. It’s unacceptable! I’m unable to speak to a manager or cancel my membership easily as it was explained on my initial visit.
What you can expect? No appointments available book, credits building up in your account that expire that you’re unable to use because there are no appts available, not easy to cancel membership, credits not refunded when there are no appointments available, ever changing staff and no accountability taken by the team that is supposed to be there to help!
Do not join and do not use this spa. If you do, do not join their membership. Better yet, go anywhere else!
Love this place! 1 visit then I got a membership. All of my "high maintenance" requests for other places, were status quo here.
Had a LOVELY experience here. It was my first time getting a massage in Austin and I definitely found my go to place.
The place is impeccable and very very cozy. When you check in, they walk you to the girls room where you change into a robe and slippers they provide (they have lockers to put your personal items in).
I had my massage with Virginie who was super sweet and made sure I fell asleep😁. The bed has a warmer and the sheets and blankets were super comfortable.
