I walk into the entrance greeted by the most amazing front desk rep, a girl named Harley. She made me feel welcome and asked me if I wanted anything water or wine. Made me aware of where everything was from the restroom to the changing room. The waiting room was sensational and relaxing. After that I was introduced to Olga that is an excellent massage therapist. I literally fell asleep at some points of the massage it was that good. Highly recommend this place!
I loved the Halina Spa in the north Burnet/Lamar location so was excited to try the Westlake location. Check in was good but the bathroom/locker area was dirty with used robes and cover ups on the floor. There were used tissues on the counter. My massage was good but the music in the room stopped half way through and I was told that is a recurring problem. It was somewhat noisy the rest of the time. Hope they can fix some of the issues.
My friends and I truly enjoyed the services we received from each of the staff at Halina Spa Westlake. The ladies were beyond exceptional and made our experience amazing! We had awesome Swedish massages and were able to enjoy the relaxation room. I’m so happy we found this place being that we came from out of town. It was the pampering that we truly needed!
