I can’t say enough great things about this spa and their services. I was a member at the old location and WOW has it just kept getting better and better. All of the therapists are amazing and their new facility is truly top notch. Grab a drink at the bar and take it out by the fire pit with a view of the lake and snow covered the mountains while you wait to be pampered. Hit the eucalyptus sauna after your session or the Jacuzzi or maybe even hang out in the jelly fish lounge. Seriously- this place is amazing.
My husband and I booked a couple’s massage and were so impressed with the service as well as the beautiful new location. You can tell that a lot of thought and love went into every aspect of the experience. We loved everything about it.
I booked the ultimate pamper package online . I was so excited to do this especially since I had never spent that kind of time for myself before.
I showed up early and filled out my paper work. The therapist came and got me and she communicated well and the treatment was good. I got dressed and then was lead to their lounge.
While I was sitting and waiting for my facial lady, I noticed there was a guest that received a robe and slippers and didn’t have to carry her things around with her. Now you would think that after spending 355 dollars I wouldn’t have to, either?
I then got my facial and she was very helpful and friendly.
I was a little confused still about whether or not I receiving the right package and she assured
Me I was. After the facial I was then walked up to the front to check out -- an hour early!
I asked why I received no robe, slippers, wine, chocolates, or anything and now, why I was leaving an hour early? A man up front said because I booked ONLINE it didn’t reserve the full amount of time and now they were out of time to spend the full amount of time for everything.
He did comp me 20$ and gave me a coupon for next time.
NEXT time? How is the reservations system my fault? If you're having those issues don't allow the packages to be booked online!!!!! I spent 355$ and didn’t even get what I paid for. I was looking forward to this but it was super disappointing!
I will never go back to an establishment that rips people off! I would never let my client walk away unhappy.
