HIGHLIGHTS, TIPS and NOTES:
Castle Hot Springs is a historical icon, nestled in a rugged and remote desert location northwest of the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area. Boasting a colorful history, yet untouched for nearly 40 years, this natural gem in the Bradshaw Mountains continued to produce restorative thermal waters as it waited for this beautiful return as a favorite destination resort.

Castle Hot Springs Resort

Guests are welcomed in a variety of accommodations, from private bungalows enhanced with stone tubs, luxury linens, outdoor covered deck, lounge furniture, and fireplaces, to sky view cabins with beautiful views of the desert sky, wood decks, telescopes for stargazing, and outdoor clawfoot tubs. Simply splendid in EVERY way. The first stop we wanted to make on our post-pandemic travel dates. We plan to return as soon as more services and amenities are available, but for coming out of a global crisis, this resort is an example of how to make you feel on the road to healing and happiness.

Magical

Exceptional, simply magical place! The food, service, accommodations, and ambience makes you feel like you're on a remote island. We were lucky enough to meet the owner while floating in the springs. His passion and love for this special place shows. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food is phenomenal and all grown on their farm. The springs are heavenly and melt the outside world away. Don't let the prices scare you, I promise it's worth every penny for you get. Your meals are all included with your stay. Drinks are an extra charge along with some select excursions, but even if you only took advantage of what your room rate includes, it's completely worth it. If you are debating, just stop. You need to do it.

Month / Year of Your Visit?: May 2021

I booked our stay for 2020 before Covid-19 hit and the springs / resort was forced to close down. We had to postpone our stay 1 full year but it was well worth the wait! The resort actually took the time to make a lot of improvements (building more hiking trails and creating other activities to do). There are not enough words to describe how incredible this place is! The service was amazing, the rooms are so cozy and the food is phenomenal! Not to mention how relaxing and soothing the hot springs are! We definitely are already planning our return.
