Bad manager. She has absolute no manner on how to treat clients. Did my eyebrows through half way and charged full. Rude and incompetent
My daughter and I love Bloom and Branch! From the minute you walk in it’s a peaceful and serene place. It smells amazing and the ambiance is so relaxing. We had recently moved and were looking for a spa for waxing and other treatments and finally found Bloom and Branch. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Lisa has done our brows several times now and we love them. She listened to our desire to have a natural shape and look and we were so pleased with the results. I can’t wait to book some other treatments at the spa! I will be a returning customer for years to come!
