The customer service is unlike anything I’ve every experienced! A 5 star rating really isn’t enough. The leave of care from the staff is exceptional. Everyone on the staff wants to make sure your trip is perfect and frequent ask if they’re anything they can do to make your trip even better. Everyday on the beach we were welcomed by Brandon and Claudia at the concierge and they were exceptional at helping find the perfect spot on the beach and even helped us booking a cabana for the last few days of our vacation. Highly recommend a cabana for the day! The staff on the beach also work so hard making our experience memorable, Oscar remembered our names and orders from the first day and always checked on us even if we weren’t in his section. I can’t say enough good things about this resort and the staff and I’m looking forward to coming back.
Vanessa and Osiris at El Mar have been wonderful! Incredibly friendly and helpful, and Osiris has always remembered my dietary restrictions before I even mentioned it! Moses at La Isla is our favorite, he’s super friendly, and just fun to talk to… we may have gone there several times so he could be our server. Israel at the steak house was great, and we were always happy to run into Michel or Rodrigo at the bars. We also highly, highly recommend the bike tour with Dennis. It was a nice way to get a little exercise and learn more about the area. We’ve had a wonderful time here, and the staff here has played a big role in that!
This is our first time at Beloved and although we’re still here, I have to write about how incredible our experience has been so far. The food has been delicious. I’ve been to all inclusive resorts in the past but the service is what stands out the most. The staff can’t do enough to please you. I need to mention that the beach service has been especially amazing. Claudia greeted us so friendly and fun from the beginning and ensures we’re set up from the time we step onto the sand until we leave. Alberto and Oscar have kept us hydrated and stocked up with cold drinks and food! We will definitely be back!
