Had a 90min aroma massage with Mary - first massage in over 16 months and it was perfect! I felt very safe and staff in the main area were masked. Mary asked me about my mask preferences as a part of her initial intake. It was clean, efficient, friendly and most importantly - RELAXING! Mary really listened to my requests about which spots to focus on and I couldn't have asked for a better first post-lockdown massage. I wished I lived in Chicago because I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Absolute best spa service I’ve ever had. I wish I didn’t live so far away or I’d be coming for life! Erin was amazing. Prices are a bit high for a facial but totally worth the $$!!
I've been to two different Asha SalonSpa locations in Gold Coast and Schaumburg and my experience was not the same in this Bucktown location.
When I arrived, they didn't offer me tea, coffee, or water, the hot thing they put around your neck to help you relax and I didn't receive the stress-relieving head massage that I always enjoy.
When it was time to dry my hair, there was smoke coming out of my hair which the hairstylist told me it was normal but she was kinda burning my scalp so I got upset.
The hair cut was nice and what I excepted but did not like the fact that I didn't receive the same attention and that she was constantly drying my hair with the hair dryer too close.
