Came downtown Grand Rapids per usual for the yearly fireworks. I Ended up staying the night. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They have a few places to get a bite to eat or even a bar if you really want to relax with a drink. They do have a pool, spa, and sauna. Offer excellent room service. They are pet friendly. And some of the best views of the city. I love Amway Grand and I will most definitely be returning. Thanks Amway
Such a lovely place. So many things to do in one building. You can literally spend the day here dining, having a drink, going to spa, working out, etc. Great location.
I got a corner suite in the new building on the concierge level with a couples' massage package that was absolutely exquisite! Every part of the stay was so superb, I felt compelled to get a gift for the staff to show my appreciation. I understand that changes have been made and prices/packages have changed since I stayed, but the ambiance, amenities (gotta love the rooftop tennis courts) all remain top notch-- I look forward to visiting again soon!
