Unite Fitness Retreat offers a unique program welcoming small groups of guests from every age, fitness ability and wellness goal.  The team of experts rely on a science-based protocol that gives each guest a sense of community, structure, accountability and clarity to thrive.   The program relies on three essential pillars — Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset.   Each guests receives an InBody 270 analysis and a health and fitness consultation which creates a baseline for the team to monitor during your retreat.

The program features a structured, pre-planned daily schedule, including a personalized a fitness plan, indoor and outdoor workouts, daily hikes and recreational outings, chef-prepared meals customized for each guest, daily “lunch and learn” classes, cooking demonstrations, guest speakers, at home meal preparation classes, smart grocery store shopping tips, and more.

The fitness and nutritional elements are enhanced by group and private life-coaching, mindfulness training, daily nature engagement, and more.

Unite Fitness Retreat offers all-inclusive plans, which range from the Mini Reset Plan (3-5 days), the Reset Plan (1 week), the Jump Start Plan (2 weeks), the Habit Changer Plan (3 Weeks) and the Transformation Plan (4+ Weeks).   Rates vary by length of stay, as well as promotional discounts for academics, veterans and military, seniors, first responders, shared rooms with friends and family, and even longer term stays (5+ weeks).  Rates from $4025 Per Week.
