Our  Hot Springs

The richness of hydrothermal waters in Papallacta is due its location. A volcanic complex with more than 3 million years of persistent activity called Chacana, consisting of a large volcanic caldera 35 kilometers North-South and 15 kilometers east – west, including small volcanoes of very viscous lava called domes, half a hundred tributaries of hot springs, eruptions with large volumes of ash (magma pulverized) and many flows of andesitic washed (the last lava flow that formed the Papallacta lagoon mid-eighteenth century.

Our Spa

Our spa is ideal for day visits or while you find yourself staying in our Resort.  We offer you the perfect experience while you’re staying with us, during your trip in Ecuador or when you’re finishing it, if you have a flight in the afternoon or evening back to your country, you can visit us for the day, relax and return to the airport for your flight.   Awake your senses and live a renewing experience at one of the best spas and resorts in Ecuador, in a magical and natural environment.
