Herbal Remedy Foot Soak
This herbal remedy foot soak is for cleansing and revitalizing the feet, while soothing aches and pains.
- Warm water
- 1/2 cup Epsom Salts
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 drop of Cedarwood
- 2 drops of Lavender
- 3 drops of Tea Tree Oil
- Fill a large bowl or pedicure bath with warm water
- Roll fresh rosemary springs between fingers to release oils and aroma, add to water
- Add Essential Oils
- Soak your feet for at least 10-20 minutes:
Use the lavender oil for aches and pains, air purification, and all skin conditions
Use the tea tree oil as a fungicidal.
Caution: Herbs to be avoided during pregnancy: Basil, Clary Sage, Fennel, Geranium, Hyssop, Juniper, Pennyroyal, Peppermint, Sage and Thyme
