HERBAL FOOT SOAK

For cleansing and
revitalizing the feet, while soothing aches and pains. Fill a large bowl or
pedicure bath with the following herbs, then soak the feet for at least
10-20 minutes:
Warm water Half a cup of Epsom Salts Fresh sprigs
of Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (Roll gently between both hands
to release more delicious aroma)
Add the following essential oils: 1 drop of
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) Used for: Its calming and fungicidal properties,
and to relieve muscular aches and pains.
2 drops of Lavender (Lavendula
angustifolium) Used for: Aches and pains, air purification, and all
skin conditions
3 drops of Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Used for:
Fungicidal and strong antiseptic properties.

avoided during pregnancy: Basil, Clary Sage, Fennel, Geranium, Hyssop,
Juniper, Pennyroyal, Peppermint, Sage and Thyme} |
