Lavender is well known for its calming properties, however, every facet of this recipe is designed with rest in mind.
Ingredients
1teaspoonAlmond oil
4dropsLavender Essential Oil
3dropsMarjoram Essential Oil
2dropsBenzoin Essential Oil
1cupnonfat dry milk powder
Handful of dried lavender budsoptional
Epsom Saltsoptional
Instructions
Pour oils into a small bowl, mix thoroughly.
Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk and dried lavender.
Add Epsom Salts, if using.
Add mixture to bath water.

Optional: If you have dried rose petals or even marjoram, by all means, float them on the water of your bath. We've used regular milk in this recipe but doubled it to 2 cups. We've also combined this dried milk recipe with Epsom salts to make a salt and milk bath, which also works well, and extends the recipe.
