Ingredients

vanilla extract

Equal or Splenda Sweetener

Instructions
Bring rice and 1 cup of water to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Combine all remaining pudding ingredients and add to rice. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake 1 hour at 300°. Cool before serving.
