Ingredients
12oz.milk- your favorite (oat, soy, coconut, almond) but unsweetened
½rawbeet- peeled and chopped
1wholebanana- frozen
½wholeavocado- peeled and seeded
½cupblackberries-fresh or frozen
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Do not store. Serve immediately.
