Ingredients
1-1/2cupsice cubes
¼cupSplenda Granulated Sweetener
¼cupunsweetened cocoa
¼cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
2tablespoonsinstant nonfat dry milk
½teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Serve immediately in frosted mugs.

You can speed up this already-fast recipe, even faster, by using a couple of envelopes of Sugar Free Hot Cocoa Mix, which contains the sweetener, the cocoa, and even the dry milk. Plan on 2-3 packets for 2 servings, and adjust accordingly.
