2-3tablespoonsSplenda Sugar Blend (or granulated sugar)- to taste
1cupslivered almonds- roasted
1tablespooncocoa- dutch process or dark - optional
Instructions
Whisk together 1/2 cup almond milk, instant coffee or espresso powder in a large bowl, to dissolve powder completely. Whisk in remaining almond milk and sugar to taste. Add up to a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder if you need more intense flavor.
Let sugar dissolve, and then freeze according to ice cream machine’s instructions, adding almonds when mixture is nearly frozen.
Or, divide mixture among waxed paper cups and cover each with plastic cling film; poke a wooden craft stick through plastic and freeze to serve as pops.
