Ingredients
8ouncesfreshly squeezed tangerine or orange juice
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1smallshallotpeeled and minced (1 tablespoon)
1clovefresh garlicpeeled and minced (1 teaspoon)
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
¼teaspoonSea Salt
4leavesfresh basilchopped (1 tablespoon)
6springsfresh cilantrostemmed and chopped (1 tablespoon) cilantro
1teaspoonfresh thymechopped
Instructions
One hour before serving, whisk together all ingredients.
Taste for salt.
Serve immediately over greens.
