We love using powdered peanut butter (PB2) in place of full fat peanut butter. It saves on a great many fat calories. Add to taste -- it is not necessary to use as full cup.As for protein powder, we don't think you can get any better tasting product than UNJURY, and our favorite happens to be Unjury Chocolate Splendour. This product lives up to the promise "tastes like chocolate milk."Note the nutritional stats -- Bigger Loser's Version is listed at right in the Nutrition Label. It considers this recipe SIX SERVINGS. We've seen this "shake" misquoted as a 50 calorie treat all over the web -- clearly the smallest sample ever, or a mistake.
