Immersion Blender
Ingredients
2lbsbaby carrots, or, the same amount of cleaned, fresh, slender carrots
1mediumyellow onion- sliced
8cupswater
2tablespoonsgarlic paste
1tablespooncurry powder
2tablespoonshoney- or to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the honey in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until the carrots are soft.
Turn off the heat and add the honey. Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the soup.
