Combine all tomato sauce ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes. Set aside for use in meatloaf.
In a mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients, including the sauce (reserving a few tablespoons) until well mixed.
Spray meatloaf pan with food release. Lightly mound turkey meatloaf mixture in pan.
Bake 45 minutes covered, at 375 degrees.
Spread remaining tablespoons of sauce on top of loaf. Bake an additional 25 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees.
Remove Meatloaf from oven let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
