Refreshed your tired, sore feet after a long day working, hiking, running, or standing
Ingredients
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1teaspoonAloe Vera
1teaspoonwheat germ oil
20dropspeppermint Essential Oil
20dropsEucalyptus Essential Oil
1-2tablespoonscorn starch(or baby powder)
Instructions
For a strong version, mix all ingredients together and massage feet gently with this soothing ointment.
For a milder version, add ingredients to a basin of very warm water, and soak 10-20 minutes
Finish either method by lightly dusting the feet in corn starch.

If you're fortunate enough to have the fresh leaves, stems and gel from these plants, by all means, use them for a botanical soak. For those of us without Mother Nature in the yard, the Essential Oils will do the trick as well.
