Sound Bath Meditation – Salt Cove Wellness, Bath

Salt Cove Wellness is located in Bath,  Northeast Pennsylvania.    We take great care with the environment and products in our spa — the Himalayan salt was mined in Pakistan, and traveled to the USA for installation in our spa.   We use a professional grade halogenerator which heats, crushes and disperses microparticles of pure 99.99% pharmaceutical grade salt into the room.   Our room is climate controlled, with comfortable padded lounge beds, dim lighting, and music.  After a session, guests are welcome to chat about wellness with their host, and have a rest in the reception room while being treated to refreshments, including complimentary tea, infused fresh water, and pastries.

Vibrational sound therapy is one of the growing number of natural healing modalities.  Studies suggest that sound and vibrational therapy can produce a calming effect stress reduction.  A variety of tools can be use to achieve relaxation thru music, for example: tuning forks, Himalayan  singing bowls, binaural music, and voice resonance.  It has been said “that sound can not only be perceive with our ears, but with the cells in our body as well”

Salt Cove Wellness — a halotherapy salt spa in the countryside of Bath, Pennsylvania — is now offering Sound Bath Meditation.

This service is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience — you’ll lay down on comfortable mats in the salt spa, covered with a cozy blanket, with an eye pillow (all provided by the spa).   Your Sound Therapy Practitioner intuitively uses and plays a variety of instruments, such as therapeutic Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, kochi chimes, crystal bowls and drums.  The beautiful sounds prompts the body to calm and relax.

The 45 minute sessions are priced at just $15.00 for 45 minutes, and require a reservation.
