I had a horrible experience after purchasing a service worth almost $500 for my niece’s birthday. I specifically told the lady Adriane at the register that it was for my niece, who is turning 14, and that this would be her first spa experience. Only after I paid, when I tried to schedule the appointment, she informed me that massages are not allowed for 14-year-olds and that only facials are permitted.
My niece does not want a facial or any products, so this made the purchase completely useless. I then spoke with the manager, who was not helpful at all—actually quite rude and disrespectful. She told me to call my bank and dispute the transaction instead of trying to help resolve the issue.
I am extremely disappointed. The front-desk staff clearly did not listen to what I was asking for because she was too busy paying attention to another customer, and the management showed poor professionalism. This is unacceptable, and customers deserve better service and attention.
Went in today for a deep tissue massage, the spa was clean and relaxing in the quiet room. The massage wasn’t that great and the massage therapist talked too much during my service.
Okay service, not how it used to be a couple years back.
