The Ranch Malibu, California’s award-winning structured wellness program welcomes you to its first East Coast destination in Hudson Valley, NY – about 45 minutes from New York City.
Located in a stunning and historic location – The Table Rock Estate – which has already had a long life as a retreat center, the 40,000 square-foot property is set amongst 200 forested acres. The Gilded Age lakefront estate was built by JP Morgan in the early 1900s as a wedding gift for his daughter, Juliet, who married Alexander Hamilton’s great grandson, William Pierson Hamilton.
Newly opened in 2024, The Ranch Hudson Valley immerses guests in nature as they experience the core elements of The Ranch’s structured program – hiking, fitness classes, yoga, deep tissue massage and organic, plant-based meals. Health and fitness programming are available all year, with special outdoor programs like kayaking and stand up paddleboarding in the Summer months. Guests also have quick access to some of the area’s all-time best trails in Harriman State Park or step right off the property to hike in Ringwood State Park. Onsite, guests enjoy amenities including a solarium, indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, cold plunge, IV therapy, colon hydrotherapy, Energy Healing, infrared and cryotherapy saunas.
As with The Ranch Malibu, a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet is served, with many of the ingredients harvested from an onsite organic garden or supplied by local, organic farms.
Programs range from short 3-4 night stays, or longer stays curated for your goals.

The Ranch was truly transformative. I arrived greatly in need of a serious reset and received that beyond any expectations—I departed feeling happily exhausted, deeply restored and very well cared for. The mental and physical effects have stuck with me even a week out! The property is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly positive and supportive and authentically enthusiastic about providing the best possible guest experience. Days are filled with long hikes, fitness classes, massages, yoga, and more. There is a communal aspect to your stay, given the small group sizes, and getting to know the other guests was a pleasant surprise. All you have to do is show up!
This stunning retreat hotel is an absolute gem! The historic estate exudes charm, with beautifully designed rooms and elegant furnishings that make every moment feel special. The vegan cuisine is exceptional—thoughtfully crafted and bursting with flavor, and the chef is so much fun (loved the cooking demonstration). The spa treatments and fitness classes were both fun and rejuvenating, making relaxation effortless. If hiking is not your thing, don't worry - it will be by the time you leave :) Just getting outside for hours of the day is so important, and you can go at your own pace - no matter how big the group is during your stay. Above all, the warm and attentive staff made this a truly transformative getaway—I came back home feeling completely refreshed and well-rested. If you are looking for a place to completely reset, focus on yourself - mind and body - and ready for a new outlook on how amazing YOU are, then this is the place!
The Ranch at Hudson Valley was a powerful 3 days filled with new friends, healing, self-reflection, and resetting. The magic is in the work you do not want to do. Slowing down, eating plant food and hiking in snow. However, the staff has such a passionate desire to inspire you through food, talks, classes, and a setting that forces you to leave a healthier human being. I will absolutely return to The Ranch every year for a mental, emotional, and spiritual reset, it is a magical place.
