This is not a 4 star resort as the hotel advertised. Service was good, however the resort needs a lot of TLC - just the basics like paint would go a long way. Very much a 3 star resort.
The room we had was from a private Host -- it was with Street and Mountain view and just up to the reception (loud). We booked by Booking.com who wrote special in the Room Washer and Dryer but NO there is only a laundry in the Building that was out of order. Since we are travelers we need to do laundry and that's why we reserved at this Hotel with in room w/d. The price is high and the service low. The staff at the reception are not friendly, never smiling. The room itself has old furniture and a small bathroom but was ok. The sea is very wild at this part of the Island so not nice to swim. There is a Hair salon and Spa but it was closed on our dates. The Restaurant is closed until Happy Hour (5pm). At the pool bar it is very windy and there is no choice of a nice wine. The Hotel overall is quite boring. The breakfast was nice with a small choice but nice.
The staff are very nice and super friendly and this is what’s has made this trip so enjoyable. The facilities are a bit worn out and run down, but I did see that they are working on upgrading and remodeling the facility.
