Karen’s more than 20 years of
experience as a Pilates instructor and massage therapist can enhance
your stay with healing massage and exercise. The Farm's
well-equipped Pilates/exercise studio can accommodate a wide range
of physical needs, and ending your workout with a hot rock massage
is a real treat. Programs include unique, personalized,
private holistic fitness including Pilates equipment, guided hiking
and biking, physio-ball training, nutritional counseling and healthy
cooking lessons. After treatments and exercise, guests are invited
to enjoy excellent hiking trails, wading and basking in river pools,

The Jefferson Pools
Listed on the National Register of
Historic Places and a Virginia Historic Landmark, The Jefferson Pool

constructed an octagonal wooden building around a pool of warm spring
