The Spirit of the Mountain Spa

The Spirit of the Mountain Spa, located on the grounds of the Lodge, is situated in the midst of towering pine, fur, and aspen trees. The construction involved a complete renovation of one of the resort's existing buildings.  New amenities include a comfortable waiting room, a wet room with shower for mud baths and other treatments, and two dry treatment rooms for facials and massage.  A broad range of massage therapies are offered, including couples, deep tissue, aromatherapy, chair, Reiki energy healing and hot stone.  Additional treatments include mud and herbal wraps, salt glow, paraffin therapy, facials and skincare, hair oil treatments, manicures, pedicures, and more.

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an integral part of the Santa Fe community. Throughout the season, guests find themselves amid the great celebrations of the city, with the Spanish Market in July and the renowned Indian Market in August. Then, in winter, a Feliz Navidad celebration with Christmas Eve stroll, and Winter Fiesta, a party on the Plaza, hot-air balloon glow, Celebrity Ski Classic, Charity Ball and Ice Carving Exhibition. 

As you enter the The Spa at Loretto, an intimate haven unfolds, with candlelit kiva fireplaces, honey stained pine floors, and richly hewn fabrics. 

This full-service spa rejuvenates the mind, body and soul as east meets southwest with exotic Indonesian and Thai rituals as well as signature indigenous treatments. The spa offers spacious treatment rooms, designed for individual and couples massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, as well as a wet room with Vichy shower. Private, in-room massage treatments are also available to guests of the hotel.

Signature treatments include Javanese Lulur Royal Treatment, the Balinese massage, Sacred Stone and Native Desert Sage Massages.
