The beds were awful and need to be replaced. Staff doesn’t clean rooms during stay. Pool and spa were nice.
The accommodations here are awesome. The décor and architecture are of the period - the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is large with plenty of chairs and tables. In addition every staff member we encountered was very friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.
Spa was over priced for mediocre service. Purchased an expensive product they claimed removed waterproof makeup and it did NOT! Went to return next morning (which I normally would never do except it was useless as it did not do what was promised) and was told no refunds --- or even credit --- despite this policy not being posted anywhere, not being verbally advised of such, and sold a product claiming to do something it did not do! Buyer beware!
