Carlsbad Mineral Water Spa sits at the edge of downtown Carlsbad Village with its many antique shops and award-winning restaurants. Carlsbad Mineral Water Spa is an easy drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, one block from the Carlsbad Coaster train station, and 3 miles from the Oceanside Amtrak depot.
Visitors to the spa enjoy treatments in private theme room, where our therapists will work from the beginning to the end of all scheduled services, assuring no interruption, relocation or waiting time between treatments. This aids in complete relaxation.
Services include skin care facials, waxing, massage, herbal wraps and salt scrubs, and of course, our famous Carbonated Alkaline Mineral Water Bath.
Our therapeutic naturally carbonated alkaline mineral water bath is pumped fresh for you and helps detoxify, ease stiff joints, aching muscles, recharges the body with important minerals, alkalize body and leaves your skin healthy silky soft.
After the therapeutic Carbonated Alkaline Mineral Bath, we recommend our guests drink Carlsbad Alkaline Water for 5-7 days to continue to flush toxins from your body to get the full benefits from this unique therapeutic water. Your body will feel a big difference!

They dispense and sell the drinking water here -- and you don't have to come for spa treatments (which was closed during Covid not sure if reopen yet). Many travelers stop to buy water and many many locals, too. The water is so refreshing, I come to visit daughter and son in law and always try to stop for our water. I come all the way from Apple Valley. Love the water.
5 Stars for the Water. People line up for the water and there can be a lot of demand, it's that good. There are vending machines to self-serve and fill your bottles. 3 Stars for the Spa. There is an old-time rather funky spa associated, for baths, massage, and body wraps. It's pretty tired and dated, and the décor is straight out of the 50s, but it's a good "why not" type of visit. Not much for a regular visits, I don't think, due to tourist appeal and the wait, but, definitely a "we should try this one time as long as we are in Carlsbad" type of deal. Average out to 4 Stars.
The bad: Hard to get an appointment. I called several times before we came to town, and I could never get an answer. I walked over once I was here and was able to schedule an appointment.
The wonderful: The spa service from Yori was excellent. I had the Imperial Package, and every treatment involved was excellent. The room was clean and smelled of lavender. I highly recommend this place.
